Prana Yoga is an exciting and creative alternative for your schools physical education program. Through a fun and fast paced yoga flow students will work on muscle development, flexibility, and endurance. Students will also benefit from increased cognitive abilities from yogas practice of meditation, focusing on slow purposeful breathing.
During classes students will:
- Practice work through flows while following a story.
- Work on gross and fine motor skills.
- Develop the ability to sit and focus.
