I believe teaching is a collaborative effort. My job is to aid my students in getting to where they want to be and achieving their goals. Together, we determine what they want their musical journey to look like, where they want to go, and what they want to do. Through lessons, I can offer the tools and guidance, to support them in their ventures.
"Whether you think you can, or think you can't, you're right" - Henry Ford
Use a metronome and start slow before bringing the tempo up. Everything else, from rhythm to dynamics to feel, etc., are great, but none of it matters if you can't keep it in time.
